Q:  How long does it take to be in top shape?

A:  It would be lying to come up with an answer to such a question. There are too many criteria to take into account (See Research page). It can vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending your level of fitness and your expectations.

Q:  I’m playing U14 express, can I follow your program or is there a minimum age?

A:  Theoretically, there is no minimum age to get better. But there are ages for certain goals, aerobic and anaerobic training are possible, and recommended, at your age; however for some programs that require higher intensity training and cause more stress on joints (Like a speed development oriented program) can not be started before adequate strength level and skeleton maturity are naturally achieved. This corresponds to a post puberty age (Around 15 years old).
